(Version 2.1113, 5/3/2000 Now has provision for recovery from a stalled wav file playback. If the computer locks up during a wav file playback, do the following: 1. reboot the computer, and restart AUTO. AUTO will come up in the OFF condition. 2. Click on the 'Start Event' button and AUTO will start playing the wav file where it left off. 3. When the file is finished playing, turn AUTO on to resume normal operation. Lock up during playback is rare, but if you should be there when it happens, the changes in AUTO now allow for a recovery.)
Version 2.1114, June 1, 2000, Uses Function Code 30 to send commands to the Unity 4000 satellite receiver. EXAMPLE: On the CONFIGURE PAGE, configure a command as follows: Descrip = MUTE U4K CH 1, RecordFile = MUTE A/1, Function = 30, no other parameters are required. This will mute the audio on channel one of the U4K receiver. The total length of the command including spaces may be up to 20 characters. Use UNMUTE A/1 to restore audio on channel one. Channel two is addressed by using A/2, etc.
